SCA offers a broad range of incontinence products under the TENA brand and is the clear global market leader. The global brand TENA has annual sales in excess of SEK 10bn. SCA’s offering, which includes both products and services, improves the quality of life for consumers while also reducing costs for institutional customers, such as nursing homes.
This position is part of the EPM INCO Europe organization. Location Gothenburg.
Main Tasks
Responsible for creating, developing, and driving a close relationship with other parts of the organisation, to ensure optimised packaging solutions for current assortment and for coming innovation projects.
Responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvements in way of working, ensuring efficiency in systems and processes
Implement and drive follow-up KPI’s related to packaging solutions (including quality, cost, and customer satisfaction).
Key contact person for GHC in designing, driving and implementing product packaging strategies and solutions.
Contribute to the strategic product packaging position and focus for GHC.
Develop the packaging roles and responsibility, including the interfaces with GHC, technology and manufacturing.
Supporting team with operational tasks when needed
Key Competencies
University degree or equivalent in relevant field
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven leadership skills
Customer and Consumer driven
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, objective driven with ability to work autonomously
Proven track record of success in a Commercial organization with close relations to customers and internal stakeholders
Proven deep knowledge of packaging industry
Proven skills in packaging development and packaging requirements for a FMCG company
Proven ability to drive multidisciplinary teams to drive global/regional enabler projects
Change Management focus and with a flexible, open mind and a positive attitude
Ability to travel
Role model in terms of SCA Core Values and Code of Conduct
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
