Each factory has a team handling Order Execution & Delivery Project Management. We are now recruiting a manager for this department in our Swedish factory.
This position reports to Business Manager - Operations.
Your responsibilities
Manage and prioritize daily operational tasks regarding order bookings, order changes and order confirmations
Communicate the overall delivery status as well as detailed information on single order level with all stake holders
Develop and align tools and processes with the corresponding teams in our other factories
Manage the complexity of large delivery projects, typically for the automotive industry
Develop and maintain our customer tailored offerings
Track and communicate relevant KPIs
Secure necessary resources and skills
Your background
Collaborative and solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Experienced in industrial sales, order management and customer support
Experienced leader either as a manager, team leader or project manager
Focused on achieving targets
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
Strong SAP knowledge
