Manager Operations, Distribution Centre Lund Parts Supply Chain
Are you ready to take responsibility for 500 important shipments every day?
Parts Supply Chain is our global organization for managing all of Tetra Pak parts services and includes central and regional distribution centres as well as units for developing and planning all our parts related activities together with our colleagues in the clusters. In Lund we have the main Distribution Centre, and we are now looking for a manager for Operations in Lund.
In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization and you will get a wide network of contacts within all parts of Tetra Pak.
Main responsibilities
• Be overall responsible for the daily operations at Distribution Centre Lund, including Store Operations and Sales Administration
• Lead and develop a small number of direct reports, but totally a team of ü110 colleagues
• Be overall responsible for the operations at our Service Hub in Hochheim, Germany
• Communicate with all markets on an operational level

Kvalifikationer
Preferably you have a Master of Science degree or equivalent as educational background. As a person you are driven, flexible and result oriented. You need to be analytical and have a structured way of working. Furthermore you need to be an excellent communicator with focus on goal fulfilment and a solid business mindset. You must be able to develop and lead a team and you are a manager who likes to develop as well as learn from the team you manage. You have great skills in gaining confidence and building relations with people from all levels and professions.
The successful candidate has a very good experience and track record from operational work, preferably from a distribution centre in a global company. Of course you are fluently in English, both written and oral.
