In this challenging role you will be responsible for drafting proposals, quotations and creating value proposition framing for customer purposes. To be successful you would need an understanding regarding customers process development and GMP manufacturing needs. Essential Responsibilities
You will support the commercial team in translating the customer needs in a GE offering and align with cross-functional teams including technical experts to make sure the proposal answers all key customer technical requirements. You will also support our Fast Trak business in the development of the bridge manufacturing services offering and keeping up to date with the market trends and developments in the field. Responsibility for the full business management of the ES salesForceDotCom management system for the overall enterprise business will be an additional task.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Ownership of the Bridge manufacturing offering and its development to drive market needs and customer satisfaction
Developing tools and strategies to optimize translation from offering to proposal and quote
Working with customers and GE Healthcare colleagues to arrange customer tours, meetings, follow up calls on proposals etc
Coordinate cross-functional teams in the support of proposals preparation and delivery. Linking closely with the global technical Managers (GTeMs) to prepare customer proposals.
Working closely with finance and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy
Take part to customer meetings and support in offering presentation and customer discussions
Act as a project manager to connect the dots until proposals are completed
Work closely with legal teams supporting the deal development to contract and supporting agreements on terms and conditions necessary
Working with marketing to position the Fast Trak bridge-manufacturing offering and customer facing material to elevate the added customer values.

Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent (Masters degree would be an asset)
A few years experience in biopharma, process development, GMP manufacturing, biopharmaceutical manufacturing or a few years on process development roles
Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) experience preferred
Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills in driving closure on product/program-related decisions/issues
Excellent communication skills and language skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
Desired Characteristics:
A few years relevant project leadership experience with ability to drive project design plans to completion satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget
Strategic planner and thinker with ability to drive change across the segment products
Strong written and oral communication skills associated to attention to detail
Excellent knowledge in engineering, bioprocessing, process development program management
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orient
