The role
Would you like to work at the world 's biggest high voltage laboratory for cable testing?
As manager for the department Projects and Tenders, you will be responsible for a team of about six project managers that leads our test projects with both electrical and mechanical testing for commercial projects and RnD.
You will work actively with personnel development, goal setting, monitor project reporting and drive the work with process development with your team.
Do you have a genuine interest in people development and for leadership questions, then you may be the one we are looking for.
Your profile
You have at least five years ' professional experience from a management position with staff responsibility.
You preferably have a master 's degree though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree.
Because of the high voltage laboratory environment, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English for safety and success.
