Your role
As a manager for System Integration Bravo you will be responsible for a fantastic team of about 25 persons. You will work in close cooperation with the team, section manager of System Integration Alfa, the operational management team, steering groups and project managers to plan and ensure that we have the right competence and that the work follows established processes and methods.
As a member of the department management group your you will also support the total view of the organization and business. You will work and cooperate with the other managers to reach the organization's goals and work with both strategic and operational tasks. Coach, empower and lead your employees by value driven leadership as well as recruiting competent personnel will be key tasks in order to be able to provide teams and competence to the all the projects within C2S. In order to succeed it will also be important to identify cross domain, cross product and cross section collaborations. As manager, you will have the responsibility of the health and environmental for your staff as well as the cost center budget.

Your profile
We are looking for a manager with a passion for leadership, someone who can create opportunities for coworkers to develop their skills, perform well and stay healthy.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have very strong collaboration-, leadership- and change management skills. You must have the ability to challenge status quo and seek out new perspectives. Your personality is characterized by a coaching attitude and a prestige less willingness to succeed at all times. You have a at least bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience of system verification.
You value SAAB 's People Philosophy and will inspire your team to live by these values. To do well in this role you need excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
What you will be a part of
You will be a part of the Department management team at Competence & Teams. You will work in close collaboration with the managers for System Test & Verification and ILS, but also SW, HW and System Engineering are included in the management team and are close by. The position is based in Järfälla, Sweden and travel is required occasionally, mainly to local sites in Gothenburg, Luleå and Karlskrona. You will be a part of Business Area Surveillance.
