We provide travel services to customers who travel to the Nordic countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Our services for clinets include: arranging of excursions and activities, transportation, guiding, event organizing, any other possible requests which our partner companies and customers might require in destination.
• Managing our business processes and operations in Stockholm and Sweden.
- Development of existing and new product in Sweden
• Monitoring price level of our products in comparison to our competitors
• Design of new itineraries around Sweden
• Keeping contracts with suppliers up to date. Searching for better suppliers in particular region (if necessary)
• Negotiation of prices with suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, sightseeing places etc)
• Taking care of ground operations (assigning right executors for travel services)
Essential requirements:
• Proactive
• Goal oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to do assessments independently
• Ability to make owe decisions
• Good time management skills
• Highly responsible
• Ability to travel at least several times a year
• Ability to work long hours and on weekends
• Languages English, Swedish, Russian. Other languages is an advantage
Desirable requirements:
• Degree in Travel industry
• Working in similar incoming DMC company
• Knowledge of travel business processes from inside. Knowledge of the Northern European travel markets and products is a plus.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
1 year contract in the beginning. Permanent contract after assessment of the results of one year employment
