hela Sverige A great opportunity for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our growing team. Based in Umea.
We are recruiting a manager for our growing team of developers, to help us take our market leading Data Analytics products to the next level.
This new role as a Software Development manager is responsible for managing a team and developing competences, such as C++, React/Redux, Kafka, Scala, Java and Phyton-developers.
The manager is also responsible for securing the needed processes and tools around support and operations including Continuous Monitoring.
This position is based in Umeå.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Leading, managing and mentoring a team of software developers
Developing the teams
Fostering a self-organised environment within the teams
Securing an efficient software development environment for the products from the features and (user) stories, including documentation
Responsible for all third-party applications in the platform and the licenses
Overseeing the team dynamics in the development teams
Member of the product development management team
What will convince us:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
A strong problem-solver, capable of ingraining a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement
Strong work experience as software development manager
Expertise in the following technologies: C++, React/Redux, Kafka, Scala, Java and Phyton
Background in project management
Excellent people management leadership and communication skills
Knowledgeable in the SAFe framework
