hela Sverige As our Manager for the Quality & Method team, you will be a key driver to transform Ikano into a truly digital consumer finance solution provider. We are looking for a person who is inspired by Quality, has a high interest in business development that creates customer and business value.
This role will play a crucial role in our business by ensuring that the products meet defined quality of acceptability. You will help us set up the Quality & Method organization from start - plan, direct & coordinate quality assurance portfolio and formulate quality control policies.
You will provide Ikano Bank with Quality expertise in order for Ikano Bank to grow together with our IT out-sourcing partner. You will be part of the Portfolio Development department within IT. The role will secure the work of maintain, planning, coordination and oversee the quality work which includes from early requirements setting to final acceptance testing. The position will report to the Head of Portfolio Development and be based in Malmö. You will get the chance to push boundaries and influence your daily work. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead with good Banking industry knowledge which has a strong understanding of Software Quality and Methods. The ideal candidate will have past experience working with software verification & documentation, release and deployment. You will have an ability to dive deep into various hands-on solutions while developing new skills, so you can make strong contributions in our quality discussions. With at least 8 years of experience in Quality, you will want to take your career to the next level.
The successful Manager for Quality & Method will be focused on quality improvement, is experienced and highly committed to creating world class feature testing, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy.
As our Lead for the Quality team your main responsibility will be
• Build up a sustainable quality organization, covering people, processes and tools
• Manage, plan and secure validation requirements, where you will work close with the Business Analyst and
• Domain Architect areas
• Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing QA
• approaches that fit the overall strategy
• Be responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses
• Drive questions related to test automation with the outsourcing partner
• Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
• Experienced and hands-on manager/leader who can build an organization and ensure it performs
• Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented programmatic and user-level personnel
• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results
• Experience in agile development methodologies with continuous integration
• applications and embedded devices is required
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings

• Do you have at least five years of successful professional experience in quality?
• ISTQB and REQB certificated?
• Are you rigorous, organized and structured?
• Do you have experience of working with third parties and off shore development?
• International work experience?
• Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills?
• Are you experienced in Agile Software Development?
• You are mobile and prepared to travel if needed!
• Fluent both in English and a Nordic language - spoken and written!
