We are now looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our transport team and help us drive growth in our business!
Your responsibilities
As the manager, you will be an active member of the group managing procurement and execution of special transports, both domestically and internationally.
Oversee the transportation of power transformers, mostly by rail from Ludvika to Swedish ports and other means of transport depending on the final destination.
A large part of the work will also involve operational and strategic transport issues related to road, rail, and ports in Sweden, by close dialog with authorities such as the Swedish Transport Administration.
You will have personnel responsibility for a small team and report to the head of Project execution and our global transport organization

Your background
Experience in transport management, with a focus on heavy transport and railway logistics
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
Strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to identify and implement new opportunities for growth.
Knowledge of Swedish transport regulations and a proven track record of successful collaboration with authorities such as the Swedish Transport Administration
