</h3>
The Manager for the Domain Architecture team will be managing the domain architects in Ikano Bank. The role will be responsible for Ikano Bank securing the high level architecture from a business landscape perspective.
The Manager of Domain Architecture will also be responsible for governance of the ways of working within domain architecture. He/She will be working close with the Enterprise Architect function within IT to ensure alignment between proposed architecture and the Architectural Roadmap and Principles defined by the Enterprise Architecture function.

The position will report to the Head of Portfolio Development and will be part of the Portfolio Development leadership team, within the IT organization.
As Manager of the Domain Architecture team at Ikano Bank, your main responsibility will be:

Are you the one for Ikano?
• Minimum five years' experience in driving architecture design?
• +Five years' experience in leading an architect team, in a line role or as a project manager?
• Solid experience of leadership and management, and the ability to create a dynamic working environment?
• Experience of implementing strategies, governance and processes covering the architectural work?
• Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented programmatic and user-level personnel?
• Making it happen - ability to take necessary decisions and implement changes
• Ability to work in a team and within Ikano's values
