CSR is the integration of business operations and values, whereby the interests of all stakeholders including investors, customers, employees, the community and the environment are reflected in the company's policies and actions. Filippa K takes these issues very seriously and now wants to create a consistent awareness of CSR in the company. We are now recruiting a Manager of Corporate Responsibility with proven leadership abilities who will be a member of Filippa K's management team. You will be responsible for CSR in all countries where Filippa K operates. Business trips are included.

Publiceringsdatum2011-04-27Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for developing and ensuring implementation of CSR strategies in all parts of Filippa K and you will also have the responsibility of securing passion and energy for CSR throughout the company.
Your main duties include:
• Leading the CSR agenda, strategically and operationally
• securing the CSR dimension in all processes and strategies
• responsibility for internal and external CSR communication
• analysing, measuring and following up CSR activities.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the CSR budget and initially you will report to the CEO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree or similar and at least four to five years experience of independent work with, and responsibility for, CSR related issues, preferably from a similar industry. You are an experienced project manager who has worked widely with CSR and you have experience in building up reporting systems. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have excellent Excel skills and that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Swedish is seen as very positive.
As a person you are self-motivated with a great amount of energy. You have genuine integrity and your values are in line with Filippa K's - style, simplicity and quality. You have excellent social and communications skills and you always deliver results. Furthermore, you have the ability to network and to work both strategically and operationally.
