This is why Klarna's merchant support is growing rapidly with over 50 000 international merchants to care for. We have built an all-star international merchant support team and are now looking for a dedicated and ambitious manager to join our Nordic department.

Since you will be managing four team managers with teams of around 40 employees, you have the experience and ability to enthuse people. This includes leading by example. This also means getting down to the nitty gritty from time to time. Yes - being prestigious is likely to be the opposite of who you are.

You will:

• Lead and steer the strategic direction of the Nordic department

• Coach the team managers in their daily work

• Measure and report operational results

• Be responsible for your own budget and forecast

• Be the main point of contact for our outsourced partners

• Engage yourself in improvements for the department and actively drive those forward

• Actively inform the team about Klarna's and the department's development and KPIs

• Keep and support the awesome team spirit and the Klarna culture

You have:

• Years of experience of a managing position

• Good cultural awareness of the Nordic market, and preferably fluent in one or more Nordic languages in addition to your flawless English skills.

• A humble yet confident way of communicating and integrate with different stakeholders

• A strong urge to work for a fast-paced and constantly changing young company
