Essential Functions (Responsibilities): * Translate, prepare and assign
meaningful and functional productivity plans to meet established master
schedules for customers. * Work to control inventory levels, cycle time,
machine loads, and other aspects as required to meet production schedules. *
Coordinate production control specialists. * Interface between customer and
shops for prioritization of shop load to meet customer demands. * Set
strategic direction for planning & scheduling activities within the
organization. * Provide leadership in using advanced planning tools to
model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization and in
developing, planning and implementing the master schedule. * Lead activities
that encompass detailed manufacturing plans and scheduling for assembly, shops,
satellites, domestic, International and Revenue Share partners. * Lead the
planning & scheduling activities for assigned commodity utilizing advanced
planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the
organization. * Determine and apply appropriate optimization methodologies
to balance service level, inventory, and resource utilization using advanced
planning tools. * Lead the organization by establishing shop schedules that
adhere to the Department schedule, and support those schedules through the
managed efforts of schedulers and coordinators. * Respond immediately to the
needs and concerns of employees providing them with the tools and facilities
required to perform their jobs properly. * Responsible for leading the
creation of detailed material plan requirements utilizing advanced supply chain
planning tools to optimize Customer Service levels, inventory, resource
utilization, and total supply chain costs. * Manage the allocation of people
and hardware resources to most effectively meet GE objectives. * Monitor
execution to released schedules and coordinate appropriate problem resolution
tasks. * Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a
high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership
position). * At least 5 additional years of experience in shop operations,
facilitation and production control in a manufacturing environment, Production
Planning, inventory management principles and practices, and Materials
management disciplines. * FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SWEDISH * Strong oral and
written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal, analytical, and
leadership skills. * Substantial knowledge of machining, fabrication, and

Ersättning
Fast lön. 410,000-550,000 SEK per annum (depending on experience).
