hela Sverige Getinge is currently in an exciting and intensive period of change. We are now strengthening our Life Science Marketing & Communications Team with a talented Manager Marketing Communications with focus on our Life Science business.
As a Manager Marketing Communications you will be a key person in our brand and product communication. You will be heavily involved in our strategic planning and be the specialist in the marketing of our products and our solutions in all marketing channels. In tight cooperation with product line management and customer segment management you will develop and execute marketing communication on an operational level, supporting the business growth plans.
• Build product life cycle management marketing communications for the Life Science Customer segments. (BioPharmaceuticals, Biomedical Research, Laboratory and Medical Devices.) This work is executed in close cooperation with product line management, customer segment management and third party agencies.
• Planning and execution of product launches of new products.
o Content management
o Bring forward key messages for relevant target groups
o Plan for needed marketing material and activities to support the launch, meaning sales collateral as well as awareness and positioning material
o Plan for suitable internal and external launch events
• Support the overall positioning of Getinge in the Life Science customer target groups
• Drive inbound marketing activities
o You execute on the online content strategy and manage the storytelling
o Identification of relevant topics in cooperation with subject matter expert teams and life science business development
o Package those topics in a suitable format for inbound marketing
o Set up and drive inbound campaigns using HubSpot, Getinge.com and social media in cooperation with corporate MarCom content line and third party agencies
o Analyze and measure given KPIs
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities
• Ensure transparency of Getinge Life Science activities among internal and external stakeholders
Desired skills and experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Solid knowledge and experience of marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications and product branding
• Experience of working with advertising agencies
• Strong Project Management skills
• Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• International experience required
• Great writing and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with structured mind-set
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and set required working agenda
• Very good spoken and written English
The position is located at our production facilities in Getinge north of Halmstad in Sweden. You will report to the Head of Life Science Marketing & Communications and be a member of the Global Marketing & Communications Team.
