hela Sverige The Manager Manufacturing is responsible for leading and developing our production unit; operationally, tactically and strategically.
In the coming years, we are facing new challenges with new product platforms and a new business system. We are looking for someone who likes challenges and is inspired by contributing to achieving the company's ambitious development plan.
In total, 65 people work in the production in four production groups. You are leading the operational work through four production group managers who report directly to you. The four production groups work mainly with final assembly of our Radar Gauges supporting our three business areas. In your position you have many contacts points, primarily internal, but also external. You are also member of the Operations Leadership Team.
Your focus is in providing leadership to deliver according to production plan volumes, quality level and delivery timing in a lean environment. The ambition is to create a production free from interruptions meeting operational excellence standards.
Key responsibility areas are:
• Lead and facilitate change management
• Responsibility of the production plan fulfilment
• Ensure respect of quality standards following the Quality systems procedures
• Delivery of production KPI?s and cost efficiency targets
• Responsibility to promote, plan and support productivity and efficiency continuous improvements
• Promote and implement Lean
• Provide the right conditions and development to staff in order to achieve our lead time and service level goals
Your profile:
• At least 5 years experience in leading positions in production
• Minimum BSc-level or higher
• Specialization in production, logistics is a merit
• You understand, work and lead based on the LEAN philosophy. Documented training in LEAN and six sigma is a requirement
• You are experienced in leading personnel, used to dealing with personnel issues, staff planning, negotiations, wage reviews, goal setting and appraisals
• You are responsible, a motivator to drive improvements and structured work
• Your communications are clear regarding expectations and results
• You motivate your team by leading high-integrity, through energy, performance and results
• You are customer oriented
• Driving license is a requirement
• You have good interpersonal skills and are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
