Job description
As manager Production Engineering you will be responsible to drive industrialization of new parts, quality improvements, production support and have an important role in investments projects. Setting standards for production is an important part of the engineering work. In this role you will contribute to our common goal to be perceived as the leading manufacturer of axles and transmissions.
The function consists of about 22 people working with article preparation and production support. There is a big portion of cross functional work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Extensive experience from working with manufacturing engineering
• Master or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Swedish

We believe you have an academic degree in manufacturing engineering or similar and at least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. We also see that you have experience from a management position, preferably from the manufacturing industry. You are a leader who value diversity and see people as the most important asset.
