We are looking for a dedicated and driven Maintenance Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to build the world's greenest battery. The role is a part of our passionate Revolt Ett team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be part of building the first in-house full recycling flow in the world. Recovery and effective recycling of end-of-life batteries is key to closing the loop on batteries and to achieve a minimal carbon footprint.
About the job
You will lead the Revolt Ett electrical, mechanical and facility maintenance team in Skellefteå. You will have the opportunity to build a competent and dependable team from scratch, capable to scale Northvolt Revolt's maintenance need in Skellefteå. You will be in charge of setting up and executing the maintenance procedures reporting to the Revolt Ett Operations Manager. The maintenance team will also be vital part during commissioning and during the start-up of battery recycling in Skellefteå.
As Maintenance Manager, you will be a part of establishing maintenance routines and learn from equipment suppliers as well as the commissioning teams in order to become an expert within your area of responsibility. Your role will include the execution of preventative maintenance in collaboration with the production team as well as being reactive to perform corrective maintenance when needed. Experience and/or interest of mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation or instrumentation is a merit.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures. Allocate labour and capital resources to maximize productivity. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Northvolt's Code of Conduct, applicable legislation, and policies as well as the management system routines and standards.
Develop and implement a maintenance program based on best practices in the process industry with an emphasis on preventive/predictive maintenance.
Responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Establish and monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment as well as order necessary parts, tools, equipment, etc. in a timely manner by following company policies.
Together with production, plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedule.
Requirements
MSc/BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar fields
Proven Leadership and 5+ years working experience in maintenance
Knowledge of Swedish legislations and terms of employment
Good problem-solving skills, understanding the importance of keeping set schedules and production goals
Great English written and oral skills
Bonus points for:
Experience of control systems, e.g., 800XA.
Used to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
