Description
Are you equipped with a strategic mindset, analytical skills, excel in leadership and business understanding interested in growing the service business for Tetra Pak?
Maintenance Services' task is to support the delivery of excellent service expericence to our customers at a competitive cost. This is done by providing and securing continuous improvement of relevant processes, tools, competencies and
methodologies. Within the organisation the Maintenance Management team is responsible to drive optimisation of Maintenance Management capabilities to secure customer's operational performance throughout the complete lifecycle of the packaging line.
We are searching for a senior leader who possesses the ability to further develop the area of Maintenance Management. You will manage a multicultural team of approx. 10 people of maintenance specialists and project managers. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and requires approx. 15% travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive and continuously improve the area of Maintenance Management in line with the strategy for Technical Service and Maintenance Services
• Participate in strategy work in the maintenance area, incl. benchmarking and monitoring of industry trends to stay in the forefront in Maintenance execution
• Manage the central Maintenance Management team in terms of people and budget
• Responsible of the delivery of activities and projects by the team
• Member of the Maintenance Services Management team
• Secure performance and continuous improvement of our Maintenance system
(CMMS) in line with the Maintenance Services strategy and customer operational requirements
• Drive the relationship with the external Supplier/outsourcing partner
• Manage the global network of maintenance managers
Qualifications
You are a self-motivated person with a high level of drive and structure. You are a problemsolver with great networking skills and you have a track record of achieving results through continuous improvements. You have the ability to easily and effectively communicate with people on all levels. You also have the skill to inspire and create commitment across different functions in a global structure.
We believe that you have previous leadership experience and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience from Maintenance/IT/Project Management is seen as a qualification. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken. Your educational background is a M.Sc degree or similar.
