Your profile
* You have a commercial experience combined with a technical background
* You have a genuine interest in and experience from leadership.
* You have a ability in motivation and coaching of people.
* You are motivated by a close collaboration in a management team
* Due to the diversity in your team and collaboration with the region offices around the world you can communicate fluently in English
* You hold a Swedish working permit and have basic Swedish language skills / ambition to learn
* You have a positive spirit that turns problems to opportunities
Your responsibilities
* Be an active leader of a group with 12 members
* Planning of the teams tasks and activities
* Development of everyone in the team including yourself
* Process improvements
* Budgeting
* Recruitment when needed
* You will be one of in total seven members in the departments' management team where we together run the business and actively work with development and improvements
Main tasks for the team
* Technical scope of supply for service LTP contracts and evaluate all the technical risks involved and creation of Technical LoA (Limits of Authority)
* Technical scope of supply for selling overhaul in open market and identify all possible upsell opportunities
* Technical coordination of spare part concepts like operational back up, consumables and capital spares during sales and delivery phase
