High level purpose of function
Responsible for managing the team of Logistics Developers, Logistics Coordinators and System's Specialists
Key responsibilities
Overall areas of responsibility and activities
· Identify and drive implementation of efficiency increasing activities for Internal Operations
• Recruit, train and develop members for the team
• Delegate tasks, follow-up on deliveries and deadlines
• Medium to long term plan for changes for Internal Operations (including volumes/manning)
• Coordinate and sync with other stakeholders such as material planning, transportation planning, material flow engineering, production, central logistics and IT/digitalisation teams
Requirements
Education or other qualifications or competences relevant in order to succeed in the job
Qualifications/education/experience
• 7+ years as Logistics Developer and/or manager in relevant industries
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in handling databases and ERPs
• Valuable (but not required) if fluency in Swedish
