Description
Are you passionate about logistics with focus on results and motivating people?
We are looking for a Manager Logistic Services who is ready to lead our Logistic Services team in orderto secure successful service to our clients. You will lead a team with 33 employees and 6 employees will report direct to you. You will be a part of ourWork Place Management team in the Facility management organization.The position is based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Logistic Services team
• Secure quality and delivery of our service products in house and at suppliers in collaboration with Client Managers within
Facility Management
• Manage KPIs and drive continuous
improvement activates using our WCM methodology
• Budget responsibility for the department
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Facility Management strategy within different commodities, products and Service management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have the ability toseethe overall business needs and always seek to find the best solution for the organization. You are result driven, structured and work proactively.
You have a successful track record in managing and motivating people. You use your excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative and successful
manner. Focus on goals and business processes will be very useful in this role. The skill to transform strategic perspective into operational activities and consciously drive improvements will be highly valued. Knowledge about Customs and Shipping is required.
We believe that you have university degree in logistics or similar. You have at least 5 years of experience in a line function with focus on logistics, shipping, purchasing or finance. Having good networking skills will be crucial in this role. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
