As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organisation is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.
In the position as Manager for the competence area Cutting you will be acting as resource manager and playing coach for a team of Development Engineers.
You will be:
• representing the cutting competence area in technical meetings (e.g. DRM's)
• maintain and improve the technology knowhow and competences within the area
• providing technical solutions to different projects and allocate resources in projects/activities
Publiceringsdatum2010-12-14KvalifikationerTo be successful you have past experience of working in a engineering organisation. If you have experience from cutting/perforation technology or equal technologies this would be highly beneficial. A merit would also be knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma or WCM.
In the position you will need to have the ability to motivate and build teams. You are a good coach with a motivation to develop your direct reports. In the contact with other organizations it is crucial for you to have a listening ability but you are also able to set boundaries. You will need to take an active part in the teams work supporting them with statistical, analytical skills.
