Who are you?You are an experienced leader with a broad understanding of Product Information with a passion and deep knowledge for how to enable and create business value in a global context. You can handle complex scenarios, with the ability to analyse, evaluate and act cross business functions in an international enterprise environment. A high level of initiative, drive, persistence and focus on personal development are other of your characteristics.
About the jobThe IT Solutions Product Information department owns the Product Information (PLM/PDM/CAx) platform lifecycle and solution architecture and participates in global roll-outs as well as 3rd line support. You will report to the Manager for IT Solutions Operations & PLM and be part of the management team. You will manage, lead, coach and develop the individuals as well as supporting projects and programs in strategic and tactical discussions and securing delivery, solution performance and user satisfaction.
What you know
Platform strategies and roadmaps as well as development, test and project management methodologies, processes and tools.
• 5 years' experience of Product Information and related IT solutions
• 3 years' experience of leading and managing software development and implementation departments, driving and handling change and showing decisiveness and execution in difficult situations.
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in business English.
