We are looking for a progressive leader with great structural and strategic ability to both guide and work together with our Programs & Processes team in the CIO Office. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
What you will do
We are on an exciting journey to transform the way we work with compliance, programs and processes and we need a leader and colleague who can enable and drive that change. Automation, simplification and focus on the end-user are main drivers for the team in the time to come. Together with the team you will set the direction and standards as well as co-operate daily with Tribes and Squads across the organization to ensure high-quality program, compliance, and process delivery.
As Manager Programs & Processes you will manage a team of highly experienced professionals working within the fields of IT project management, process development, risk, privacy, and compliance. This is an exciting leadership position where you will get the chance to work across the whole IT Division and beyond to make sure we are up to date and compliant with legal requirements and best-practices. In this role you will have the overall responsibility for our IT risk, privacy and compliance, process work and allocation of project leader resources. We also expect you to play an important role in the daily operations of selected areas and you will report to Head of CIO Office
Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a few years of leadership experience. You should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills as you will work closely with many people, at different levels, throughout the organization. Your ability to cooperate and build strong relationships will be instrumental for your success. As we are working with local regulations, you must be fluent in both Swedish and English.
If you have experience working in a tech and change oriented environment, we believe you will thrive in this role, but it's not a requirement. We believe that you have experience in one or several of these areas: audit management, project management, agile way of work and ITIL. However, your most important quality will be your ability to drive change and improvement in these areas.
