This is what you will do
As Manager for IT Operations & Security at Lantmännen IT you will be managing the processes Incident, Problem and Change, ensuring stability and quality for the IT delivery across the Lantmännen Group. The IT Operations & Security Center, that you will be leading, will drive the work towards the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring proper root cause analysis for all cross problems and that all major changes are handled correctly to avoid any business disturbances. A critical part of handling IT Operations is to provide security incident response for the group by leading the Security Operations Center, Security Incident Event Management, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability assessment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for our Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and that the relations to IT services are documented. You will continuously oversee the overall stability and uptime of IT services and ensure service improvements. You will work close to our IT and Business platform managers and have many other contact points, both internally and externally.
I the position, you will be managing a team placed in both Stockholm and Malmö, in addition you are also responsible for consultants from outsourcing partners. You will report to Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations and the position is located either at our head office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm or in our newly built office in the central of Malmö. This position requires some traveling, mostly between our offices Stockholm and Malmö but occasionally to other locations as well.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Several years of experience as an IT manager, preferably in operational delivery.
- High understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security and a complex application landscape
- Experience from working within large and complex organizations and in a multicultural environment across countries and functions.
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a team
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

- A confident leader with an open mindset. You are a team player and work actively by involving others, exchanging knowledge and learnings.
