What you will be a part of
This is a position part of the Investor Relations within Group Finance . The position includes participation in various internal forums , for example Finance Board , depending on what projects Investor Relations are involved in.
The position of Manager Investor Relations will report to the Head of Investor Relations.
Your role
The successful candidate will be part of building a strong investor relations team. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders in the financial market; drive an enhanced understanding and appreciation for the company’s business model/s; expectations management; correct, credible and transparent disclosure; and to bring value to internal Saab stakeholders as a key resource and strategic contributor to the Group Finance function as well as other Corporate and Business Areas functions.
You will support interim reporting process and preparation of presentation material, contribute to the management of investor targeting programs, develop and maintain investor presentations and briefing materials and keep Saab's IR website on saabgroup.com up to date and ensure it is accurate in accordance with regulatory and exchange related reporting requirements.
Responsibilities also include to actively participate in Saab investor and analyst events including Capital Market Days, identify and communicate strategic and tactical ideas for the continuous improvement of the IR program - Produce the Annual report for Saab and investor and analyst meeting co-ordination for the IR team and management.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven communication skills, applied confidently and with consistent quality in a high-pressure Environment.
Great financial understanding with attention to detail. Understand and have an ambition to improve and become an expert in the compilation and interpretation of important financial / strategic metrics and other relevant information.
Excellent project management skills.
Effective networking skills.
Credibility, integrity, excellent judgement and discretion.
Proactivity and a self-starter mentality, able to operate with minimal guidance while working collaboratively within a team Environment.
Knowledge and experience of actively using social media as a communication channel.
Preferably a Master degree in Business Administration or Masters in technology or related discipline.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Very good knowledge of excel, word and an expert on working with Power Point.
