The purpose of the position is to develop and produce content with the right tone of voice for internal & external communication channels and to support various projects as Communication Business Partner. Internally, strong emphasize will be on supporting the build-up of Arjo by developing, managing and implementing change communication. Externally, focus will be on creating financial and media communication and associated presentation material.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Internal Communication
Create and publish content to all internal communication channels
Publish and proof read various internal communication material
Take ownership for the Arjo intranet as well as content for the Corporate sites on the Intranet
Create internal presentation material such as Corporate presentation, CEO presentations etc
Support major corporate projects within Arjo as communication business partner
Media Relations/Corp Communications
Manage updates of the getingegroup.com in terms of corporate content, such as Sustainability, Investor Relations etc.
Responsible for our distribution channels and related distribution lists
Manage the media news flow and media monitoring
Create, review and proof read press releases and various corporate communications material
Development of media and press release policies/guidelines and safeguard that they are known and followed in the organization
Investor Relations
Support the production of annual reports, quarterly reports, IR Web
Support the content creations for different IR related events
Support planning and coordination of roadshows and other investors meetings
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
The position is located at Arjo's head office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the VP Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. Since you will have a global scope, international travel is part of the role.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have the following background and experience:
An academic degree or equivalent within the area of journalism or communication
Knowledge and/or experience in the healthcare industry are beneficial
Solid competence in and proven experience from working as a writer/editor in a global
company - excellent writing and proof reading skills (minimum of 5-7 years)
Experience and ability to work cross functionally within a relatively large organization
Experience from working in organizations undergoing transformation and change, as well as working with executives, is a merit
Strong IT skills working with various Office-programs and Web Content Management systems
Business acumen and understanding of business context to create appropriate communication - knowledge on how to create relevant and good content including key messages
Preferably native English and good knowledge in Swedish, both written and spoken
The successful Manager Internal & External Communication is likely to be a self-motivated team-player who delivers results and takes responsibility. You have an open attitude and a doer mentality with high levels of energy and motivation. Furthermore it is important that you have excellent communication and networking skills, being able to interact and forming strong partnerships. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, managing multiple tasks, is also a key factor to succeed in this role.
