We are currently expanding to provide the capability to deliver multiple vehicles across multiple segments. Your Contribution may be our key to success, the following positions are currently open for application.
Manager Interior Digital Modeling
As part of a creative and dynamic team working with an exciting range of new products you will have an overall responsibility for digital deliveries and releases from Geely design, and also make sure that all projects are manned with proper skill sets and equipment.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Provide resources by attracting, recruiting and planning, to match the business needs.
• Define work flow, work process and define prerequisites to build an efficient, highly productive team.
• Develop long-term resource, career and competence plans.
• Define tools software/hardware to be used.
• Identify and execute efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
• accountable for planning and monitoring budget requirements.
Requirements
• Capability to manage a group of 20-30 people.
• Extensive and wide experience from design and engineering work in the automotive industry, minimum 10 years’ experience from design or digital modelling.
• A very good understanding and knowledge of design and process work.
• Technical university or equivalent, solid working experience from. automotive industry is required.
• English fluent, both verbally and written.

• Good people management skills and ability to create well-being in the team.
• Communicative.
• Good motivation skills.
• Structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills.
