The section Enabling Services is a part of the Shared IT and Governance department at IT. Our mission is to be core in Scania's modern digital ecosystem through providing software and services within design, access management, integration, and automation. We are on a journey towards a value-oriented organization with end users and value creation in focus. We believe that our mission and the result of the work we do have a great impact on the future of Scania.
Enabling Services consists of five groups. We are now looking for a driven team player who will lead one of our integration teams.
Your profile
You are a natural servant leader with a passion and understanding for new ways of working and new technologies. You have the technical knowledge and you are fascinated by how technology can unlock productivity and change the rules for doing business.
Your Responsibilities
As a Group Manager, you will lead and support one of our five groups - the Integration Services Team. There are four major capabilities that the team holds - Application Integration, EDI Integration, Streaming Data Solutions, and Semantic Data Integration.
Together with your team, you will facilitate and participate in dialogues on a broad spectrum of topics all aiming to move Scania from application integration patterns towards continuous information integration. No matter if it concerns automation in production using industrial IoT, or if it concerns how to handle versioning across Scanias modular production system, your team and you are there to guide Scania towards consistent handling of information.
You ensure your teams' ability through coaching, mentoring, and feedback. You bring enthusiasm and have the skill to see people and their differences and possibilities. You will also help the team to develop innovative and cost-efficient solutions and services that maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and how to validate these ideas.
