hela Sverige In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing Indirect Procurement in Sweden and managing current and new agreements within Indirect Procurement. The position involves responsibility for quotations, supplier negotiations, continuous improvements (agreement follow-up and to actively work with improvement suggestions, including cost optimization of indirect purchases), drafting and implementing agreements. Indirect Procurement works with the categories Personnel, Travel, Professional services, Facilities, Marketing & Communication, MRO, Transportation, IT and Other external services.
An important part of the job is also to be close to our business and understand its needs and to develop a strong internal network within Valmet. Business trips occur now and then, mainly within Sweden.

We expect good leadership skills and matrix management competences. You are experienced in procurement and MRO category and have strong negotiation skills. You are a competent project manager who is capable of taking initiative and being the leading spirit in various demanding projects. Furthermore, you should be analytical and structured, enjoy calculating and understand business economy. You communicate well in Swedish and English, both written and orally.
As our current indirect procurement manager is moving on to another role within Valmet, we are now looking for another skilled and engaging person to head up the Indirect Procurement team in Sweden. Indirect Procurement in Sweden consists at present of three persons in an administrational organization and wide matrix stakeholder network.
