The In-line Quality Control (QC) department within Development and Service Operation, Packaging Material is focusing on developing and maintaining defect detection and information systems for Tetra Pak's converting factories in close cooperation with key suppliers. Our responsibility is to support the converting community with expertise in quality control and information systems.
The role as a Manager for the In-line QC team is a challenging position that consists of two parts - competence manager and technical manager. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop as a manager.
Main responsibilities
• Manage and develop the individuals in the In-line QC team
• Map our current In-line QC capability and act on opportunities for growing it
• Continuously develop both the team's technical roadmap and know-how mapping in order to define our role as enabler and business critical competence area
• Building and linking information systems supporting the converting factories as well as different competence areas within D&E Packaging Material
• Provide competence support to projects & other line organizations
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-30KvalifikationerWe would like you to have a University degree in Engineering and relevant experience of working in an engineering environment with process knowledge of converting factories. Management experience with the understanding on how to build and manage a team is required. You have basic understanding of converting lines and experience of working with inspection/software systems. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
The right candidate for this position have an intellectual curiosity with the ability to engage on all levels. You have a strong personal drive and are result oriented. Combining an ability to manage teams with a clear focus on building competence will make you successful. Your collaborating and communicating skills are effective and you have the ability to contribute to technology development
