hela Sverige We are looking for a Manager for our Production unit in Storfors. In this role you will lead and develop the employees in your department, taking on challenges both short term and long term.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding work environment, safety and environment
Personnel responsibility, lead and distribute the work
Responsible for the operating plan and to reach the KPI 's and targets
Manage and develop the equipment so that it maintains a high reliability and cost efficiency
Responsible for productivity improvements, with focus on bottlenecks
Ensure that all employees get the correct training and improve flexibility
Responsible for budget, purchase and the local storage
In this role you will work with constant improvements as a natural part of everyday work, and you will be an important part in different projects regarding this. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality outcome and decide on measures that prevent deviations. For example, you will continue working with the project Operator Maintenance.
Qualifications
Safety awareness
A technical higher education or equivalent competence
Good leadership skills and a great interest in developing work environment and motivate other people
Good knowledge regarding the office package
Experienced level in English and Swedish in both speech and writing
Structured, analytical and accurate in decision making
You are driven to take initiative, solve problems and you are open to change. Furthermore, you enjoy working in teams, but also independently. Lastly, we want you to have a strong communicative ability, and you are driven by working in a personnel leadership role.
