Manager, ICT Architecture & Infrastructure
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and visionary IM Infrastructure & Technology Architect to strengthen our MacGregor IM Services & Infrastructure team and secure the future needs of the MacGregor businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural design, development, road mapping, and implementation of (emerging) solutions that align with our business objectives and ensure seamless operation across our global environment. You will be working closely with our internal business stakeholders, our service managers and our outsourcing partners to ensure that we have the 'optimal' best practices setup within our industry.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of the organization's IM infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth
Develop comprehensive infrastructure solutions that incorporate hardware, software, network, and security components
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and suitability for integration into the existing technology stack
Make informed recommendations on the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business capabilities
Participate and develop vendor governance, SLA's and project definitions/approvals for services
Be a member of the change, release, asset, and problem management teams and coordinate related activities
Develop and maintain IT infrastructure standards, guidelines, policies, and training material for the Service Desk
Skills and Experience
We expect you to have the attitude of 'I am here to help you' and being a 'hands-on' person. An experienced team player with broad technical IT knowledge and IT Architectural experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite. As we are a dynamic organization, we expect you to adapt and respond to change rapidly.
Skills and experience that would help you succeed in your duties:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Having experience in a similar Architecture role for at least 5 years
Strong IM Infrastructure & Technology (ICT) & Network technology skills
Knowledge about cloud solutions from AWS, Google and/or Azure
Knowledge of ICT services and service processes based on ITIL framework and best practices
Project management and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Analytical skills with a problem-solving approach

Additional information
Position is primarily located in Gothenburg, Helsinki or Kaarina. Alternatively, other MacGregor locations are also an option.
