NKT HV Cables in Karlskrona is looking for a new manager for our department for Tender, Portfolio and Vessel Planning
In this position you will have a central role in all activities around forward looking planning. Here you will lead a team consisting of skilled Tender and Scenario planners, all in a very dynamic and growing environment.
Senior leader with good understanding of planning
We are looking for a senior leader with previous planning experience. If you also have experience from process management it's considered beneficial. You need to be analytical and data driven with good skills in both verbal and written communication as well as comfortable in leading in constant change and have a good understanding of planning.
To succeed and develop the team the best way your main tasks will be:
* develop and support your team to become their very best in a healthy and professional way
* be comfortable to work in digital environments and be part in developing new applications and tools to benefit the business
* find new solutions and at the same time be risk aware all to secure our business results
* develop and support our operations for the benefit of the business
* continuously collaborate with your interfaces
Proactive and solution oriented
To succeed in this role you are solution oriented but confident enough to take discussions with the Management team.
In this role you will have many interfaces like Planning teams both locally and in other business lines, Commercial & Tender and Installation. Collaborative development of digital tools to ensure consistent improvement on efficiency and accuracy of work done will be included in your daily work.
In addition to the above you have some years of experience from working in areas like Planning, Commercial & Tender, Strategy or Sales. People management is also of great interest for you.
In addition to this, your CV comprises:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or similar
* At least 5 years leadership experience
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Swedish is beneficial
* A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
