You will be responsible for Wellspect HealthCares global Health Economical environment, acting for all markets where Wellspect HealthCare is present or planning entry into.
As a member of the Market Development leadership team and reporting to the Vice President Market Development you will be responsible for the HE Evidence plan/creation & HEOR aspects in the early stages of the development, the launch and the lifecycle development of Wellspect HealthCares products. In addition, you will be responsible for development of the Global Payer Strategy required to support internal investment decisions as well as to direct the work with the payer value proposition and business cases for the products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will need to collaborate with colleagues throughout the company working in e.g. Platforms, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Medical Affairs. The role requires collaboration with colleagues at the subsidiaries in the markets where Wellspect HealthCare has business to obtain and coordinate input from the subsidiaries into the global Evidence creation/HEOR programs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and managing submissions for pricing and reimbursement applications, HTA submissions, reviews, etc.
• Ensure that credible, timely HE evidence and insights are available at every stage of the development and commercialization process.
• Create strong, credible and high quality evidence to demonstrate the value of the products / brands to support the sales organization.
• Initiate and oversee outcomes of HE research / real world data projects to generate data to strengthen the value proposition, and increase access, for Wellspect HealthCares products.
• Liaising and managing external vendors for necessary support.
• Develop the Product Value Dossiers, which is a key deliverable. This will be used by the local subsidiaries as part of their tool box in the interaction with healthcare authorities.
• Adapt the overall HE evidence & strategy in collaboration with the subsidiaries to the individual national and regional needs.
• Ensure up-to-date understanding of market access requirements, so that the evolving environment and future trends are reflected and incorporated into future commercial plans.
• Map conditions (financial, organizational, etc.) and stakeholders that decisively influence access to Wellspect HealthCares products.
• Monitor issuance, implementation and revision of national and local regulations and budgets, and evaluate/communicate/counteract potential impact on Wellspect HealthCare commercial performance.
• Customize data into compelling value propositions and business cases aimed for: payers, regulators, healthcare practitioners, policy makers and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
We require that you have several years of relevant work experience with an international pharma or medical device company and a relevant university education, preferably on at least a Masters level.
You should expect approximately 25% international travelling. This position is based at Wellspect HealthCare Headquarters in Mölndal, Sweden.
