We are looking for a Manager Group Compliance & Sustainability for our legal department in Hyllie.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and Support global Compliance Management System, CMS; follow up with country Compliance managers, actively assisting the completion of global CMS reports
• Actively participate in the design and launch of the enhanced Compliance reporting system and assist the roll out of the same to the countries
• Oversee, support and manage the global Enterprise Risk Management, ERM, program; actively support global trainer sessions, assist with completion of Risk treatment plans and annual risk register
• Oversee and manage the Group level Sustainability program; monitor and collect Sustainability Key Performance Indicators' data from Countries to be used in the annual Sustainability Report, drive country level implementation of Sustainability KPIs
• Be a point of contact for ESG due diligences and manage internal and external requests/questions
