Globe Forum is looking for a Manager for Globe Award, the leading international sustainability award.
Globe Award is a world covering award which recognises and encourages societies, the corporate sector, individuals and academia that have excelled in the area of sustainability. Globe Award's role is to inspire actors to do more and to take responsibility. This is done through awarding great cases within research, innovations, large corporations and cities, aiming to foster sustainable development in society. Globe Award is a non-for profit organisation which is run by Globe Forum.
The manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining long term relationships with partners, including finding new ways of collaborating with actors and bringing in funding to Globe Award. During the maternity leave of the director the manager will be responsible for the running and development of the Globe Award Foundation, the employment will continue after the director’s return.
It is important that the candidate is comfortable in an international environment and is proficient in English. At the moment Globe Award is growing quickly and is looking for people who enjoy working in a fast moving environment, who see opportunities instead of challenges and like working with organizational development.

The main responsibilities of the position are:
• Establishing new partnerships
• Maintaining long term partnerships
• Manage the current organizational development process while the director is on maternity leave.
• Drafting of strategic proposals to partners and the development of programs for new fundraising opportunities.
• Act as Globe Award’s official representative while the director is on maternity leave.
• Manage the award process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in fundraising/sales and partnership building
• Experience from working with organizational development
• Proven managerial and leadership experience
• Experience in working with non-for profit organisations
• Experience in working with awards is a plus
• Team worker and networker
• Passionate about new ideas on how to work with fundraising/sales and partnership building for non-for profit foundations
• Like challenges and sees the opportunities
• Proficiency in English is required, Swedish is preferred. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with teams with a positive attitude.
• Plan and follow budget
• Strong in relationship building at all levels.
