We are looking for a Manager Global Training and Development in PartnerTech Group, reporting to Vice President Human Resources. The role focuses on to further develop our capability as organization, functions and individuals to strengthen the competitiveness of our customers and their products through technical excellence and proven world class operational performance.

PartnerTech Global Training & Development mission;

our Academy is a vehicle for the Group Management Team to support strategic implementation, by challenging, developing and transforming our key staffs competence, in order to support growth of customers, the company and our employees. 

our global development center is a targeting all our employees were we offer strategic programs as well as operational programs.

our internal best practice of successful trainings developed and implemented locally is made available to all sites

benefit from a deeper integration and better scale utilization.

This should be accomplished through a three tier approach;

Tier 1. Strategic development - Long term capability growth

Tier 2. Operational development - Capability injection

Tier 3. Basic development - On the job development

E-learning can be a module in all development programs

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Organizational/HR Development or related field or

Masters in Human Resources, Learning / Organizational Development or similar degree.

Experience Requirements:

HR Manager for minimum five years

Line manager role, preferably in an industrial environment

Skills and Ability Requirements:

Advanced computer skills needed, including MS Office Applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to link operations, risks and financial data to evaluate situations.

Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.

Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization

Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids

Self-directed and strong ability to prioritize effectively.

The role also contains HR operational work to support the global HR function in defined projects and activities as well as support to local HR Managers as needed.
