www.polypeptide.com This recruiting is a replacement for former manager. The service is a global position and will have staff responsibility for a team of 3-4 people and budget responsibility. This position is located in Malmo, and will report to the Director, Global Sales & Marketing. It demands a relationship builder with a commercial background.
Job Description for the role is as follows:
• Commercial and budget responsible for the Group's portfolio of generic peptides
• Expand the client reach, secure new business' and increase turnover & profit accordingly
• Develop, streamline and review the generic portfolio of products
• Lead the global generic team of account managers (2), coordinator (1) and sales assistant (1)
• Work towards increased awareness and focus on customer requirements in other internal departments in order to improve the company's services and to optimize customer satisfaction
• Account manager for key accounts
• Manage agent/distributor contracts and relationships
• Oversee administration of relevant reporting and planning systems
• Provide necessary commercial input to production in order to secure the global stock balance
• Support and advice on marketing activities, fair participation and sales specific IT issues
• Capture and distribute generic market information
Extensive travel activities (60 - 70 days) incl. internal meetings, exhibits and client visits
