About this opportunity
Product Engineering Unit Transport is one of the three Product Engineering Units in HW Engineering Unit, responsible for the end-to-end development of our Transport products.
Customer Engagement & Support is the main interface between customers and our development teams in PEU Transport. Our aim is to drive product introduction of our portfolio by securing fast responsiveness and qualitative support and continuously striving for an improved customer experience.

What you will do
We are searching for a strong and passionate leader for Customer Support with employees in Sweden & in Hungary. As Manager for Customer Support for the Microwave area, you will be responsible to provide support to our customers and regional support. You will be expected to initiate and lead change initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction, service quality, flow efficiency, continuos learning etc. to improve our overall performance.

Responsibilities
Ensure that the Microwave domain can deliver technical solutions and corrective support based on incoming Customer Service Requests from regional support
Handle escalations and coordinate needed efforts for critical customer situations across the PEU and PL
Ensure the availability of the accurate support competence within the competence domain, and actively support the competence development in the unit
Responsibility for the own unit 's Customer Support performance and monitoring within the domain.
Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement. Secure and drive implementation of corrective actions.
Dimension the resource plan and coordinate the global support assignment with the Transport customer support domain leadership team.
Lead escalations and actively address Hot CSR requests


You will bring
Education: Minimum BSc level in a relevant technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent and shown leadership skills
Excellent understanding of customer support processes and has a genuine customer focus
Excellent customer relation management skills
Strong technical background and good product knowledge of telecom equipment, primarily within the microwave domain
Solid business understanding and knowledge of operator realities and demands as well as a passion to provide solutions and support for customer needs


The right person for the job should be passionate, collaborative with a customer centric approach and used to work in an international environment.
The position is based in Gothenburg
