Would you like to be part of a team growing the Tetra Pak business with our biggest Strategic Accounts? As Manager Global Account Projects, your primary objective will be to drive consistency in technical solutions, project sales, project management and project execution of larger capital equipment projects across clusters, businesses and categories for our Global Accounts. You will also, as part of the Global Account team, establish and manage global account customer relationships, centrally and locally and to increase the customer satisfaction.

The position also includes responsibility to establish and manage internal relationships with key contacts within Clusters and Markets, Processing Solutions & Equipment, Services, Product Management & Commercial Operations and with our global supplier network to ensure that Tetra Pak's offer on capital equipment meet the global account's requirements.

The work comes with a high level of exposure, it is demanding and challenging and contains a great amount of freedom.

You will report to the Head of Global Account Projects and be based in Lund. The position will require
travelling up to 50% of your time.

Main responsibilities

• In capital equipment project sales and execution related to the global account, support and coach market companies and cluster organizations with:
• Sales strategy
• Requirement management
• Development of technical solution
• Quotation / proposal preparations and costing
• Contract document preparations
• Contract and financial negotiations
• Project management & execution
• Be part of project governance body for capital equipment projects related to the global account
• Drive alignment of way of working with the global account and within the company
• As part of the Global Account team, participate in meetings with the global account to communicate potential business, ongoing sales activities,
ongoing deliveries and joint activities in other fields such as R&D and business development.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in the fields of international capital
equipment sales, project management, engineering and delivery with strong financial analytical and
negotiation skills. You need a good understanding and experience of the global liquid food industry and be able to see the 'big picture' as well as understand the details.

You have a strategic approach with high customer focus in order to drive both customer and Tetra Pak business. Also, you have excellent people management skills in a multicultural environment with high informal leadership capability and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your drive for results and your positive outlook will be crucial in this role. You can influence and solve
problems in a creative way

The successful candidate has a Diploma or bachelor's degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering, or related fields. Formal management and/or project management qualifications would be highly regarded (i.e. MBA, PMP or equivalent).
