Would you like to be part of a team growing the Tetra Pak business with our biggest Strategic Accounts?



As Manager Global Account Projects, your primary objective will be to secure targeted volumes of new sales of larger projects across processing categories. You will also, together with the Global Account Director, establish and manage global account customer relationships, centrally and locally and to increase the customer satisfaction.



The position includes responsibility to establish and manage relationships with key contacts within Cluster and Market organizations, Processing Business Unit organizations, Packaging and with our global supplier network to ensure that the company's offer meet the global account's requirements. Also, together with the Global Account Director, participate in project boards for projects related to the global account and drive consistency in proposals and project execution.



The work comes with a high level of exposure, it is demanding and challenging and also contains a great amount of freedom. You will report to the Head of Global Account Projects and be based in Lund. The position will require travel-ling up to 50% of your time.



Main responsibilities

• In new system sales related to the global ac-count, support and coach market companies and cluster organizations with:
• Sales strategy
• Development of technical solution
• Quotation / proposal preparations and costing
• Contract document preparations for negotiation
• Contract and financial negotiations
• Manage and monitor a project portfolio log for the global account
• Together with the Global Account Director, participate in regular meetings with the global account to communicate potential business, ongoing sales activities, ongoing deliveries and joint activities in other fields such as R&D and business development
• Together with the Global Account Director, drive alignment with Packaging through active participation in Global Account Management teams




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in the fields of international plant sales, project management and plant engineering with strong financial analytical and negotiation skills. You need a good understanding and experience of the global liquid food industry and be able to see the 'big picture' as well as understand the details.



You have a strategic approach with high customer focus in order to drive both customer and Tetra Pak business. Also, you have excellent people management skills in a multicultural environment with high informal leadership capability and the ability to build strong relationships with key stake-holders. Your drive for results and your positive out-look will be crucial in this role. You can influence and solve problems in a creative way.



The successful candidate has a diploma or Bachelor degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering, or related fields. Formal management and/or project management qualifications would be highly regarded (i.e. MBA, PMP or equivalent).
