Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a colleague to head up the Fuel & Environment product team; a leader who is passionate about people, connected solutions and who wants to make a difference for our exiting journey ahead. The aim of the Fuel & Environment team is to deliver premium fleet services within the fuel, environment, and safety areas. This is done with high customer focus.
The role
You will develop and lead a high performing team consisting of software developers, testers, a business analyst, a product owner and a scrum master.
One important area for you will be to recruit skilled colleagues to the team, both employees and consultants. You will also collaborate with the product owner in the team regarding resource planning and budget
In this role you will also be part of the leadership team within Fleet and Transport Management, work with strategy and evolve our way of working.
You will be an ambassador for the Connected Solutions culture and last but not least, make sure the team has fun!
Your profile
You are a leader with strong relationship capabilities and enjoy working with others in flexible team constellations. We believe the successful candidate has experience from working in the software development area, digital services as well as broad experience from digital business and service design. Business mind-set, personal credibility and integrity are crucial personal characteristics. You have a passion for people, customer value and technology. Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
Many years of experience as leader in an international environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A university degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar
Fluent in English - both written and spoken
Valid work-permit for Sweden, if you are not a EU-citizen
