Hi!

My name is Jonas Forslund and I am the Operative Manager of Customer Service at Klarna. I am looking for a Manager to Klarna's Fraud department. Are you ready to be a part of a challenging but exciting and rewarding change journey? Then you should apply to this position.

The Customer Service department consists of around 100 in house agents and the delivery is divided in four different processes. Our primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to both end customers and to some extent merchants providing the Klarna purchase tool on their e-commerce sites.

You will be a part of a driven, social and dedicated management team that, apart from Fraud, consists of the Manager for Contestation, CS Payments, Support Center, Customer Experience and Work Force Management. The environment at Klarna is rapid, in constant change and very transparent. You will have a central part in my organization and have a great deal of responsibility but also freedom in your daily work.

As a manager for the Fraud department you will lead and manage the Fraud team to deliver excellent customer service. The team is a multi cultural group with people from 7 countries and handles both complex and tricky cases that require persistent, commitment and collaboration skills. Apart from solving customer errands you secondary work task is to continuously develop the processes and routines in the Fraud department to improve efficiency and customer experience.

More specifically this will for example mean working with:
• Deliver a customer service with high numbers in customer satisfaction and to SLA
• Continue to develop the organization and the individuals in to a high performing team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Continuous work with process improvements
• Contribute in the development of the management team of CS operation

We put high value on your interpersonal skills and will premiere candidates that have long experience and proven track record from customer service management and/or leadership in a related area of business or industry. We believe you are an experienced leader and have been a manager for 10-15 people. You are fluent in English (Swedish is a merit - not mandatory) and you are extrovert, curious, have integrity with the ability to act independent and love providing world-class customer experience.
