Quality Management leads Powertrain Engineering to secure Quality and Customer Satisfaction. This is done by providing and leading implementation of tools, methods and processes and by managing product quality improvements. We also support with quality assurance and risk management. 6-Sigma including DFSS is a vital part in order to work customer focused, structured and data driven.The group Forward Model Quality responsibilities are operational Quality, document management and Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) work cross Powertrain Engineering.
As a manager to lead the Forward Model Quality you are responsible for Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) activities and Organisation Development within Powertrain Engineering. The group consist of 9 quality engineers that will report to you.
Main responsibilities
• Coordinate working methods within Powertrain Engineering
• Be a member in Powertrain Engineering Quality Management Group
• Resource planning and competence development for the group
Required qualifications
• University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• Experience in Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) work
• Experience from automotive or other comparable industrial function
• Management experience is meritorious
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Driver's license type B

• Leadership skills
• A positive attitude with a strong drive to develop and motivate the team
• Structured with a genuine interest in identifying improvements in processes and procedures
• Used to cross functional networking
• A interest of organisational development
