Then you could be our next Manager for Software Development
You will of course make sure to connect with your employees to support and coach them, and with the management team to plan coming tasks. Participation in guild meetings and demos are of course also common activities.
Your day-to-day work
• Plan for competence development for the principals within the team
• Create a collaborative approach where you understand and use the learnings from sharing different perspectives
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to communicate the intent of a testing and development strategy and how it can contribute to realizing SKF's strategic goals
We expect you to have/be
• University degree, preferably computer science or related field
• Experience from being a manager with direct reports
• Leadership capabilities with ability to motivate and support others
• A solid foundation in software development and are willing to dive into areas such as software quality assurance
• Experience of agile development, preferable scaled agile
• Fluency in English, other language skills are meriting
• Open to travel if needed for specific activities
If you have knowledge and/or experience in mobile app programming (for example C#, .net, Xamarin, Go, AppCenter), microservices development and testing or knowledge and/or experience in unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, parallel testing, user acceptance testing etc. then that would be beneficial for you.

Additional information for you
Location: Gothenburg. Local contract.
The SW development Centre is a part of the Rotating Equipment Performance Product Development. Today the department consists of about 65 people divided into two groups but will be changed into three groups. The group that the you will lead will be about 15-20 people, mostly SW developers.
