What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
Project Planning is a part of the Supply chain unit organized within the Production unit in Gothenburg.
Your role
We are looking for a Manager for the Project Planning organisation. The Project Planning works in the interface between development, purchasing and production responsible the Customer Order in IFS from demand to delivery, balancing the workload through production and clearly communicate the current status of assigned project. As a manager you will be fully responsible for the performance of the operations, fulfilling its objectives and improvements for effective work, such as methods and tools. The manager will be member of the Supply Chain management team.
Your place of work will be in our premises in Gothenburg.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing skills and abilities of your employees and securing a good working environment.
Developing tools and work methods to present a clear overview of supply of materials for assigned project.
Leading according to our organisational values which also include being part of delivering and applying our Lean system
Full responsibility for results within your area, which includes responsibility for finances, quality, deliveries, effectiveness and cost reduction.

You are a driven person with perseverance with the ability to generate energy and take decisions to improve profitability
You have proven ability and interest in leading, developing and challenging the organisation and the employees and to create cross-functional ways of working.
A keen interest in Lean ways of working is an important selection criteria as well as excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
The position entails working with classified information and requires Swedish citizenship.
