hela Sverige CBI Swedish Cement and Concrete Research Institute AB is seeking a new manager for our Sustainable Construction section
CBI is a leading international institute for research and innovation within the fields of cement, concrete and aggregates. CBI is a wholly owned by SP (Swedish National Testing and Research Institute) and is included in the Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE) - Group. CBI has facilities in Stockholm, Borås and Lund.
Our mission is to create, apply and disseminate knowledge within the fields of aggregates and concrete. Innovation occurs through research and development, application through testing, inspections, investigations and other technical services, and dissemination through training courses and information.
For the section for Sustainable Construction, we are looking for an experienced researcher in cement, concrete or aggregates, with a focus on sustainability. As Section Manager, you will lead a group of about 12 staff and be part of CBI's management team. You are responsible that the group reaches its goals in terms of both research and innovation projects. We expect you to have good leadership skills and can plan and develop the business. We appreciate that you are quality conscious and responsible. You are also business-minded, driven and can build relationships and trust with both clients and employees. The position includes the development of research and innovation projects within the cement, concrete and aggregates areas as required by our national and international clients. Implementation of these projects in cooperation with colleagues and / or external partners is also a vital aspect of the position.
