hela Sverige The Content Marketing Specialists department has a goal to ensure and optimize Sandvik Coromant's brand position, through translating business needs and objectives into a delivery of high-quality, high impact and engaging content. Gone are the days when one size fits all and now the demand for individual designs of everything from soda cans to cars requires fast and smart adjustments in production; where it is our job to make the content fit every unique customer. We are about ten people, including content specialists, production leaders and content creators, working together in a virtual team, spread out globally, but with the main group in Sandviken.
We are now looking for a Manager for Marketing Content Specialists, a chance to join a world leader in its field and work in a truly global, dynamic environment with the opportunity to lead a team and function currently in the spotlight. The location for this position is Sandviken; however, if you are prepared to travel and spend about half your working time in Sandviken, another location can be considered.
Key performance areas
As Manager for Content Marketing Specialists you apply your understanding of business-to-business marketing and buyer needs to ensure creation of timely, relevant content, strengthened by the integration of channels and messages throughout the customer journey. From a request for content, you and your team transform and adjust information for all types of channels and platforms: such as social media, intranet, website, web order menus and flyers. You are also a people manager with responsibility for performance management. Some international travel is a natural part of this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent training and/or work experience, and an industrial background with a few years? experience from global marketing and leading teams; as a manager, team leader or project manager. Experience from business-to-business content marketing is advantageous, but most important is an understanding of content marketing in that environment. This includes the ability to learn and understand the market and buyers' needs, and how to apply that understanding in many different channels, both internally and externally. Since we work in an international setting, you have good skills in English, in both writing and speaking.

Since you also are a department manager, you are organized and set clear goals, oriented toward solutions and results. You have the ability to manage a team working with tight deadlines, and you coach, discuss and prioritize requests from internal customers in a constructive way.
